Library and Reading Room Facility
The College has separate library and reading room facility for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. There are more than 27,000 books in the undergraduate section. In addition, 26 periodicals have been subscribed for the benefit of students. The library works between 9.00am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday. The students can borrow two books of their choice per week. In case the books are needed for a longer time, they can be renewed for one more week.
All the leading news papers and Magazines are made available in the reading room for the students to be aware of the day-to-day happenings in the country and for enrichment of knowledge. The reading room is also equipped with LCD Television sets with most of the leading channels.

<> College has an alumni which has a cultural and art wing. This is instituted in 1996. It has an art culture which has like a running tradition in the college. Students from this group of our college have participated in national and international cultural festivals and have won many awards and honours. The group is named as “Ashaa Kirana” and has created a name in the field of cultural performance at state, national and international events. >
“The college has glowing tradition of sports participation from the students. Many students have excelled in the different sports in the history of college. Some have have reached state , national and international level at different points in time."
