The college is affiliated to Bangalore University for the entire length of its service. From 2018 onwards the college has come under the Bangalore central university. The permanent affilliation was renewed in the year 2019. The academics of the college function according to the rules and regulations of the Bangalore University. The students who successfully complete their studies will be awarded degree certificate by Bangalore University and Bangalore central university from 2018 onwards. Most of the teaching faculty of the college are senior members and regularly take responsibilities of University in BOS and BOE as Custodians, paper setters,chief examiners, revievers, chief superintendent Etc.
